I started on Substack, but then I found out about some stuff so now I'm frantically looking for another place to long-form yap and blog and share my art for now while I take time to learn how to build my own website.
I left Substack way back in January 2025, waffled for a year, then went back to Substack today--only to be informed that, no, Substack IS still Bad Actually, so I'm trying this funky little thing for a change.
Does this have all of the functionality I'm looking for? No, but it's free, my friends can read it with or without Bluesky accounts, and it is largely unproblematic. I've seen other people post through this without realizing what it actually was.
